Description
CHIMIVER LED HARD WAX OIL on-site is a LED UV curing oil, is a high quality finish, modified with acrylate oligomers, which is fantastic for treating wooden floors. The wooden floors treated with LED HARD WAX OIL on-site are characterized by excellent hardness and elasticity. It gives the wood product a natural look, soft to the touch and tones like an oil finish.
How to use
Shake well before use. Preparation of wood with 100 – 120 grit abrasive mesh, mandatory final step with disc HIGH PRO. LED HARD WAX OIL on-site is a product suitable for application by buffing machine with WHITE PAD and crosslinked by LED-Y dryer. Apply 2 coats of LED HARD WAX OIL on-site, sanding between the first and the second coat with 320 grit abrasive mesh. Ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance of floors treated with LED HARD WAX OIL on-site must be done with Soft Balm or VELUREX Cleaner Star (see relative technical data sheets).

CERTIFICATES: RESISTANCE TO COLD LIQUIDS (EN 12720) AND RESISTANCE TO SALIVA AND SWEAT (DIN 53160) AND SAFETY OF TOYS (EN 71-3). Product suitable for coating floors that must obtain Cfl-s1 fire reaction class in accordance with EN 13501-1.
