The CHIMIVER LED HARD WAX OIL Starter Kit equips you with everything you need to begin using our finishing products. This kit includes 12 sample cans of our most popular colors, allowing you to explore a diverse range of finishes that perfectly complement your wooden surfaces. In addition to the sample cans, the kit also features a high-quality LED Handheld Curing Light.
The wooden floors varnished with LED HARD WAX OIL are characterized by excellent hardness, distension, and elasticity. This product gives wooden items a natural look, making them soft to the touch with an oil-like staining effect.
How to Use the Sample Cans
Before using, shake or stir the product well. Prepare the wood surface with 100–120 grit abrasive mesh, ensuring to finish with a high-pro disc. Apply LED HARD WAX OIL on-site using a buffing machine with a white pad, curing it with an LED-Y dryer. For best results, apply two coats of LED HARD WAX OIL, sanding between the first and second coats with 320 grit abrasive mesh. To maintain floors treated with LED HARD WAX OIL, clean them on-site using Soft Balm or VELUREX Cleaner Star (refer to the relevant technical data sheets).
How to Use the LED Curing Light
First, remove the light and battery from the case. Next, insert the battery into the bottom of the handheld light, ensuring it is positioned correctly; otherwise, the light won’t work. If the battery dies, simply use the provided charger to recharge it.
Features of the Battery-Powered LED Curing Light
The battery-powered LED curing light serves as an entry-level curing machine, making it ideal for small shops just starting with LED hard wax oil. It handles smaller projects with ease and is also a versatile on-site curing light for touch-ups and tight spaces.
The light has a long lasting, rechargeable 25v lithium battery with a 1 1/2″ curing window. Batteries are replaceable.
